What else I do?

Hi peeps, besides blogging I'm also running my own Freelance Personal Training business and I would like to share it with you.

First off, I personally have been working out for about four concrete years from different training styles but focusing more in bodybuilding and sculpting. But what I do for my clients is mainly based for General Fitness. I help my clients achieve their goals without having their motivation to diminish through my personal constructed training regime based on personal experience, knowledge and research I gathered.

 I have been working as a freelance personal trainer for about 5 years, I also have a minor experience in Kickboxing that proved useful for my female clients as self defense. Besides having passion towards fitness, I'm also well committed to improve the health and well-being of the applied individuals. I approach my work with a high level of initiative, reliability, empathy and determination.
